Ideally suited for high download demand environments such as hotels, our WAN Connect service enables us to bond up to 13 multiple connections that deliver high availability connectivity. Prioritised traffic enables customers to deliver bandwidth where required to support key services. Wan Connect allows customers to increase or decrease their bandwidth at any time making it ideally suited to travel operators who may only require an up-weighted solution for 6 months of the year. This solution can be coupled with wireless installation and traffic monitoring services if local laws require.
Cloud Telephony Solutions
Through our low latency data centres in the UK and US we provide cloud VPS Asterisk telephone solutions. Using asterisk and freepbx we can build the ideal telephone solution to meet your needs. With no licence costs for user endpoints you can grow your telephony solution as your company or needs grow without the risk of large additional costs. Our price plans are simply based on the number of concurrent calls and can be upgraded at any time. Our solutions are SIP neutral so customers can benefit from the best carrier rates for calls with least cost call routing as standard. All services are protected by our default security package which includes VPN, SSL, FailtoBan, firewall and denyhosts as standard.
Cloud Collaborative Solutions
We provide collaborative and messaging solutions via Microsoft Hosted Exchange. From our data centre in Paris we offer classic hosted exchange packages with a 50GB inbox for as low as €7.90 per month. Each mail account includes Microsoft web access, shared calendars and contacts and enterprise level anti-spam and antivirus filtering as standard. Additional bolt on applications such as Microsoft Lync, Sharepoint 2010 and Microsoft Office 365 are also available.
Network Design & Delivery
SmartCIC designs and builds custom network solutions for our customers, whether as one-off projects or via our managed services team on a WANaaS (WAN as a Service), LaaS (LAN as a Service), WaaS (WIFI as a Service) basis. Subject to client need we can deliver a range of additional services such as mail filtering, mail services & secure remote access solutions including VaaS (VPN as a Service), DaaS (Desktop as a Service), Web Remote Access as a Service (WRAaaS) and custom SaaS clouds all hosted from our Data Centres across Europe.
Whilst built from a generic platform all our solutions are custom designed to meet our clients’ requirements and are backed by major technology partners such as Aruba, Barracuda Security, Citrix, Cisco, Meraki, HP, Dell, Peplink, Ubiquiti, UniPrint & ThinPrint. Each installation is project managed and delivered by a team of qualified and experienced professionals. All installations are assured by a comprehensive warranty, service desk and our in-country field engineering teams.
